399o Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

399o is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. All the conditions listed below apply to the use of the platform.

1.1 Definition of Services

"Services" refers to the 399o website, mobile platform, and all gaming, betting, and financial transaction facilities provided through them.

1.2 Effectiveness of the Agreement

This agreement takes effect from the moment the user registers an account and remains in force until the account is closed. 399o reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; amended terms will take effect from the date they are published on the platform.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

The Bengali version of these terms shall be considered the primary document. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation provided by 399o shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The 399o platform is for adults only. To create an account or use the services, the following conditions must be met:

• The user must be 21 years of age or older.
• The user must use the services of their own free will and by their own independent decision.
• The user must be legally capable of using online gaming services.
• The user's account must not have been previously closed or banned on 399o.

2.1 Age Verification

399o reserves the right to verify age at any time via a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents. Failure to pass age verification will result in account suspension and any undetermined winnings may be voided.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the closure of all accounts and deposits may be forfeited.

3.2 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account closure. If any information needs to be changed, please notify the support team immediately.

3.3 Account Security

The user bears full responsibility for their account password and login credentials. Sharing login credentials with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify the 399o support team immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

399o may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Required documents include:

• Scanned copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

If KYC is not completed, withdrawals may be delayed.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted payment methods for depositing funds on the 399o platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. There is no maximum daily deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for large transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to verified payment methods.
• Withdrawals are preferred to the same method used for the deposit.
• If there is an active bonus wagering requirement on the account, the withdrawal may not be completed.
• For unusual or suspicious transactions, 399o may place a withdrawal on hold until an investigation is completed.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (bonus amount × 15).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Separate terms apply to each bonus offer, which will be described in detail on the offer page.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirement.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be accepted unless specifically permitted.
• The maximum bet limit using bonus funds is ৳500 per round or 10% of the bonus, whichever is lower.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, VPNs, or proxies is strictly prohibited.

5.3 VIP Program

399o's VIP program has 5 levels. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

The process for advancing VIP levels and the associated benefits are determined at 399o's discretion.

5.4 Bonus Cancellation

If 399o believes that a user is abusing the bonus system, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Provider Rules

Games from various providers are available on the 399o platform, including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Each game's own rules apply. Game outcomes are determined entirely through a neutral RNG (Random Number Generator) or via live dealers.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Once a game has started, the bet amount cannot be changed.
• If a game is not completed due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be considered void and the funds will be returned.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, 399o's server logs will be used as the final evidence.

6.3 Sports Betting

When betting on various sporting events including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and FIFA, the specific rules for each event apply. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the outcome of bets will be determined according to the rules of the event category.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399o platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or betting using a third party's account.
• Applying unusual strategies to exploit the bonus system (bonus hunting or arbitrage betting).
• Using stolen payment information, illegal funds, or someone else's money without their knowledge.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or financial crimes.
• Using software bots, auto-clickers, or any automated method.
• Attempting to infiltrate or hack the platform's systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other users or staff.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other identity-concealing tools.

8 Account Suspension, Closure, and Reactivation

8.1 Closure by 399o

399o may suspend or close any account without prior notice due to a rule violation, suspicion of fraud, or legal requirement. Any legitimate deposits in a suspended account will be returned after the investigation is complete.

8.2 Closure at the User's Request

If a user wishes to close their own account, they must notify the support team by email. All legitimate deposits must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10.2 Risk of Gambling

Online gaming and betting carry financial risk. The user is using the platform having voluntarily accepted this risk. 399o does not guarantee any winnings.

10.3 Third-Party Services

For transactions with game providers and payment processors, the relevant third-party terms and conditions will also apply. 399o is not responsible for the actions of these third parties.

11 Dispute Resolution Process

11.1 Filing a Complaint

11.2 Investigation and Resolution

Upon receiving a complaint, the relevant department at 399o will begin an investigation. Resolution time may vary depending on the complexity of the complaint. 399o's decision is final and binding.

11.3 Precedence of Server Logs

In any technical dispute, 399o's server logs and internal records will be treated as conclusive evidence.

12 Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

12.1 Right to Make Changes

399o reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

12.2 Effective Date of Changes

Updated terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the service after publication will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

12.3 Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
